Recruitment, Selection, and Placement: At venmac hospitality we effectively manage clients’ recruitment, selection and placement through a seamless process to fill available openings. For clients’ strategic positioning and performance, we take-over, place and nurture personnel under our employment to meet the client’s expectation. With this tool, you are focused to deal with change and to sustain good succession management. Capacity Development: We assess your employees, identify and recommend training needs in relevant areas through our training and development programs to keep their skills updated by aligning them with the client’s goals to drive satisfaction. Performance appraisal management: we handle performance management by carrying out a quarterly appraisal on employees to manage staff performance through regular reviews using key performance indicators (KPIs) to help set and direct their efforts, motivate them to achieving the client’s goals.

Staff Employment Documents: We guide clients in providing all the pre/post employment documents for the purposes of reference and quality checks. We prepare staff hand books as well as policy documents and SOP’s. Recruitment process audit : we audit your current Recruitment Process and identify what you are presently doing and what you need to improve on. We do this by carefully following a detail ed process by crafting a vison/mission statement, Job description, standard operating policies, employee appraisal Performance, organizational structure for staff efficiency, company policies & culture for the organization and aligning it with your business goals.

We advise clients on salary structures for their employees, s ervice charge, leave allowances, work bonus and other government statutory requirement for employees.

Advisory body/Prof essional knowledge: We serve as an advisory to clients, providing our professional know how on issues pertaining to the employee value proposition and employee life cycle. This includes, and is not limited to issues bothering the business flow, job operat ions, staff disciplinary action, staff entry/exit as well as job performance and evaluation, amongst others.
